Job Description

We are looking to hire a Product Manager or Sr. Product Manager to drive the strategy and management of our ElectricCommander product, the leading solution for software production management. Key Responsibilities

• Lead product roadmap and product requirements efforts working with customers and prospectDevelop and refine ElectricCommander targeting and positioning
  
• Capture best practices and work closely with marketing and inside sales teams to create tools to help identify, qualify, and help close ElectricCommander sales opportunities
• Lead go-to-market efforts for new markets
  
• Evangelize solution value proposition and offerings at customer visits, sales training, seminars, and trade shows
  
• Support sales via product training and customer presentations
• Review and provide input for outbound product materials (datasheets, whitepapers, etc.)

Requirements

• Technical undergraduate degree highly desirable; MBA or equivalent is a plus
  
• Software product management/marketing experience preferred
  
• Passionate about success of the product
  
• Strong cross functional team leader
  
• Ability to interface effectively with sales, development, and marketing
  
• Excellent presentation and customer facing skills
