Job Description
- Work with Product Leadership to determine portfolio of Product offerings demanded by customers; create roadmap of products
- Work with Product Marketing to define product positioning and prepare collateral content for product release.
- Identify product enhancements through customer/internal interactions, from line extensions to usability issues
- Evangelize products internally and with customers
- Maintain product requirements – help ensure internal consensus is achieved regarding priorities
- Work with Product Engineers to productize solutions for delivery to customers
- Assist in preparation and deliver Sales/Support training material
- Stay informed about changes in the Security environment and educate others in the team on developments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Business
- MBA preferred
- Understanding of the Product Lifecycle Previous applicable experience – for example: enterprise IT (security focus), IT vendor management, technical marketing etc
- Excellent coordination skills including the ability to effectively partner across functional teams
- An enthusiastic self-starter who delivers high quality results quickly Fast learner, analytical, strategic planning, good communicator with diverse audiences (spoken and written)
