Broadly published and a popular keynote speaker, Steve has been a Pragmatic Marketing instructor since 1996 and has personally trained thousands of product managers and hundreds of senior executive teams on strategies for creating products that people want to buy.

Prior to joining Pragmatic Marketing, Steve served in a variety of positions over 18 years at a number of software and hardware firms, moving from development to sales to product management, and ultimately to head of marketing for an enterprise software provider.
