Do You Have a Plan to Win in a Down Economy?

Tuned In When a downturn in the economy hits, all companies are affected. The only question is... how to react?

Companies often go into slashing mode, cutting the wrong things and positioning themselves weaker than when they started. Why? Because they make decisions based on the past and not the future.

Without a complete and accurate view of current strengths and weaknesses, companies guess, assuming they know best. Then tell the world they've made the changes that will keep them healthy through this downturn. In reality they have no idea whether it is true.

Phil Myers, President of Pragmatic Marketing has been blogging about this topic for a few weeks and will be presenting a webinar on Friday, December 15th at 10:00 AM PST.
