Anne Pauker Kreitzberg is President of Cognetics Corporation, a unique consultancy with expertise in human-computer interaction, web design and usability, and organizational effectiveness. Our mission is to design software so that it's easy for people to learn and use - so intuitive that no training is needed.
Anne strives to make people's work lives better, working with leaders to see their vision become reality. An early pioneer in creating a "Best Place to Work," throughout her career she has successfully implemented creative strategies for collaboration, performance and change management, workplace flexibility, work-life and diversity. Anne is a creator of Leaderware, web applications specifically designed for managers to enable them to use their time productively and grow their team's capability.
Anne has been a trusted advisor to leaders and teams in a wide range of public, private and nonprofit organizations for over 25 years. Prior to joining Cognetics, she held executive positions in both the private and public sectors and in consultancy. She regularly speaks and writes on emerging management and workplace issues.
Anne is a member of the faculty at the Wharton School and holds an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology. She is a member of a number of professional associations, including the Women Presidents' Organization and Executive Women of New Jersey, and is a member of the Mercer County Commission on the Status of Women.
