Product Management Budget
Where do Product Management costs fall in the corporate budget? I've always seen them as part of the Product Delivery budget (Engineering, etc.), but am being asked to fold them into my Marketing budget.
Some companies put product management in development, some in marketing. Increasingly they are in their own department. See Where Does Product Management Belong in an Organization for an article I wrote on this topic.
