Product Plan Accelerator is a project-based program that gathers market requirements for what should be in your next product release. It leads your team through a pilot implementation of the Pragmatic Marketing Framework, using on-site visits and surveys to generate a series of problem statements to be used in a business case grounded in the voices of the people outside your organization—the prospective buyers of your product.

Following approval of the business case, we assist in the development of a Market Requirements Document (MRD) and creation of appropriate positioning.
