Jim Foxworthy, President & CEO
Jim Foxworthy attended the first Pragmatic Marketing training course ever held, and spent the next 7 years implementing the Pragmatic Marketing Framework at technology companies ranging from software to hardware, startups to declining markets. He then became a Pragmatic Marketing instructor and an independent, certified consultant who helped companies implement the Framework to become more tuned in to their markets. This varied experience makes Jim uniquely suited for his role as president and CEO.

Stephen Calcagno, Chief Financial Officer
Stephen has senior-level financial experience in the manufacturing, healthcare and SaaS industries. Throughout his 20 years of experience with high-growth small- to middle-market companies, Stephen has implemented key cost-savings initiatives, overseen accounting and finance departments and managed the IT and HR function.
Prior to Pragmatic Marketing, he held financial leadership roles at 41st Parameter, ACCO Brands, Fender Guitars and the Apothecary Shops.

Isabel Gram, Chief Counsel
Isabel Gram has extensive experience as a business and franchise attorney. She started and ran her own practice for four years before joining Pragmatic Marketing as chief counsel. Throughout her 13-year legal career, Isabel has represented business owners, ranging from startups to established franchise systems. In addition to the tech and tech-enabled industries that Pragmatic Marketing serves, Isabel’s experience spans a variety of industries, including fast-casual restaurants, tutoring and in-home healthcare, among others.

Todd Davis, Vice President, Sales
Todd Davis plays a key role in expanding Pragmatic Marketing offerings to new geographies and markets. He has extensive global sales leadership and operational experience at companies including Oracle, FICO, Brio Software and Digital River. He also served as CEO of International Decision Systems and Truckast.
Prior to joining Pragmatic Marketing, he was a client—hiring the company for executive team training and rapid implementation of the Pragmatic Framework.

Rebecca Kalogeris, Vice President, Marketing
Rebecca Kalogeris is a proven marketing executive and turnaround specialist. She’s made a career of joining technology companies and building up world-class, results-focused marketing departments firmly grounded in understanding the market and its needs. At Pragmatic Marketing, Rebecca leads marketing communications and product marketing, championing efforts to fully understand the buyers and their processes and continuously develop campaigns and programs that not only bring new people into that process, but speed their journey through to purchase.

Prior to Pragmatic Marketing, Rebecca held marketing leadership roles at a variety of software and services companies, including TRIRIGA, Shift4 Corporation, Client Development Services and eCommLink.
Christine Plitt, Vice President, Operations
Christine Plitt leads the strategic planning, financial management and operations of all Pragmatic Marketing training events, overseeing event management, travel, procurement and shipping. She also leads the cross-functional project team tasked with international expansion of public events. In addition, Christine established the company’s in-house travel agency, NIHITO Travel, an IATAN-recognized corporate travel agency.

Christine began her career in the hospitality industry, working for large brands such as Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Marriott International before transitioning to corporate event planning for a national healthcare company.
Paul Young, Head of Regional Practice Management
Paul Young oversees efforts to build customer relationships and improve business outcomes. As a former instructor, he has a great deal of market knowledge and company expertise that he brings to the role.

Paul began his career as a software developer and has worked in startups and large companies across B2B and B2C industries including telecommunications and networking, IT and professional services, consumer electronics and enterprise software. He has managed P&L lines for products with hundreds of millions of revenue, and faced difficult choices about which products in the portfolio to retain and which to kill. He has been granted patents, built his own products and started his own business, all using the lessons he learned from Pragmatic Marketing training.
